Restoring Multiple Sites to Standard
Acting on behalf of a regional brewery, we were instructed to deliver an urgent programme of works across twelve hospitality venues throughout Yorkshire. Many of the kitchen extract systems required significant attention, with limited access preventing sections of the ductwork from being inspected and cleaned to the required standard.
The client required the estate to be brought back to a consistent condition within a tight timeframe, while allowing each venue to continue normal trading with minimal disruption.

Rapid Estate-Wide Mobilisation
Our engineers mobilised immediately to deliver a structured programme across all twelve locations. Each kitchen extract system underwent a full TR19® clean, with access panels installed where required to provide safe access to previously inaccessible ductwork.
Additional remedial works were completed throughout the programme to restore the systems to a suitable standard for ongoing planned maintenance. Every project was supported with detailed photographic evidence, site reports and compliance documentation.

Twelve Sites Completed Within One Month
All twelve venues were successfully completed within the required programme, bringing the estate back to a consistent ventilation hygiene standard. New access panels improved future accessibility, while the completed cleaning and remedial works restored each extraction system to a condition suitable for ongoing maintenance.
The client received a complete set of reports, photographic evidence and compliance documentation for every site, providing clear visibility across the entire estate and establishing a consistent benchmark for future planned maintenance.
