Overview

About the service.

Ventilation systems naturally deteriorate over time through wear, damage and alterations. Air leaks, damaged ductwork, missing access panels and failing components can all reduce system performance, increase energy consumption and affect compliance.

Our engineers carry out a wide range of ventilation system remedial works, restoring systems to a safe, efficient and reliable condition. From minor repairs to component replacements, we deliver practical solutions with minimal disruption to your building.

What’s included

System Integrity

Restoring performance.

A ventilation system is only as effective as the condition of its components. Damaged ductwork, leaking joints and missing access panels can reduce airflow, increase energy loss and make future maintenance more difficult.

Our engineers identify defects and complete the necessary remedial works to restore the integrity of the ventilation system, helping it operate safely, efficiently and as intended.

What builds up in your ductwork

Why it matters

Maintaining Your Ventilation System.

Small defects can quickly become larger problems if left unresolved. Prompt remedial works help maintain ventilation performance while reducing unnecessary energy loss and future repair costs.

Improved efficiency

Repairing leaks and damaged components helps ventilation systems operate more efficiently.

Reduced energy loss

Sealing air leaks improves system performance and reduces unnecessary energy consumption.

Extended system life

Addressing defects early helps protect ventilation equipment and reduce long-term maintenance costs.

Improved compliance

Remedial works help address issues identified during inspections, testing and cleaning programmes.

Practical Solutions

Repairs that last.

Every ventilation system is different, which is why our remedial works are tailored to the condition of the existing installation. Whether sealing air leaks, repairing damaged ductwork or replacing worn components, we focus on practical solutions that improve long-term reliability rather than temporary fixes.

Where defects have been identified during inspections, testing or cleaning, we can carry out the necessary remedial works to restore the system to the required standard.

FAQs

Common questions.

What types of ventilation remedial works do you carry out?

We undertake a wide range of remedial works, including ductwork repairs, air leak sealing, access panel installation, component replacement and other repairs identified during inspections or testing.

Can you carry out remedial works following an inspection?

Yes. Most remedial works are completed following a ventilation inspection, hygiene assessment or performance test. Once defects have been identified, we provide a quotation and complete the required repairs.

Do you only carry out remedial works on systems you’ve inspected?

No. We can undertake remedial works following reports from other contractors or after carrying out our own site survey. Where required, we’ll first verify the reported defects before completing the necessary repairs.

Do you provide documentation after the works are complete?

Yes. Every project includes photographic evidence where appropriate and a summary of the remedial works completed, providing a clear record for your maintenance and compliance records.
